Your week in concerts: Grace VanderWaal, San Jose’s Los Tigres del Norte

Don’t look now, but a 12-year-old wunderkind tops our list of the top concerts going on this week in the Bay Area. Here’s a look.

Grace VanderWaal: The young rising star – who, like we said, is just 12 — won the 11th season of “America’s Got Talent” in 2016. Her tour behind the full-length debut, “Just the Beginning,” stops on Feb. 20 at Slim’s in San Francisco. Details: 7:30 p.m.; $22.50, www.slimspresents.com

Los Tigres del Norte: The phenomenally popular San Jose norteno group headlines the Tres Leyendas un Escenario concert on Feb. 17 at the SAP Center in San Jose. The bill also features Banda El Recodo and Paquita La Del Barrio. Details: 8 p.m.; $59-$143, www.ticketmaster.com

The Newsboys: The Christian music act, known for such popular offerings as “God’s Not Dead” and “Born Again,” performs Feb. 15 at the Bob Hope Theatre in Stockton and Feb. 16 at the City National Civic in San Jose. Details: 7 p.m.; $28, www.premierproductions.com

Kali Uchis: The multitalented artist, who was nominated for Best R&B Performance with Daniel Caesar for “Get You” at the most recent Grammy Awards, performs Feb. 19 at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Details: 8 p.m.; $35, www.ticketmaster.com

The Coathangers: This terrific garage-punk trio supports its latest full-length, “Nosebleed Weekend,” with a Noise Pop festival performance on Feb. 19 at The Independent in San Francisco.
